Consultation: We will promptly contact you to discuss your dream PC. We will explore your performance needs, budget, desired aesthetics, and any specific components you have in mind.

Quote & Timeline: Based on the consultation, we'll provide a detailed quote outlining all components and the total cost, including a 20% labor fee. This quote will also include an estimated build time and completion date.

Deposit: Once you approve the quote and are ready to proceed, we'll request a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your build slot and initiate the parts ordering process.

Build Process: After receiving your deposit, all necessary components will be ordered and we will begin assembling your custom PC with meticulous care and attention to detail.

Testing & Optimization: Once built, your PC undergoes diagnostic testing. The motherboard's BIOS will be updated and graphical drivers to the latest versions or most stable versions for optimal performance and stability.

Delivery/Pickup: Once we are done testing, your PC will be ready for pickup or delivery. It'll be in a "plug and play" state, so all you'll need to do is click through a few setup prompts, and then you'll be good to go! Simply connect your peripherals and power, and you are ready to game or work!

30-Day Guarantee: We guarantee your new PC for 30 days from the date of delivery/pickup against defects in parts and workmanship. In the unlikely event of component failure within this period, we will assist with troubleshooting and replace the faulty component(s) free of charge.
