1. Scope of Work:

Any such substitutions will be communicated to the Customer for approval before implementation.
4. Plug and Play:
The PC will be in a "plug and play" state, meaning it will be ready for immediate use for gaming or work upon connection to appropriate peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse). This includes operating system installation, driver installation, testing and system diagnostics. Any additional software installation requested by the Customer will be subject to separate agreement and fees.
5. 30-Day Guarantee:
Builder guarantees the PC for 30 days from the date of delivery/pickup against defects in parts and workmanship. In the event of component failure within this period, Builder will assist with troubleshooting and replace the faulty component(s) free of charge. This guarantee covers parts and labor for troubleshooting and replacement.
6. Guarantee Exclusions:

7. Component Warranties:
Builder will provide the Customer with a document containing warranty information and serial numbers for each individual component used in the PC build. Individual component warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturers.
8. Delivery/Pickup:
Delivery/pickup arrangements will be agreed upon by both parties upon completion of the build.
9. Entire Agreement:
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements, whether written or oral.
